and operational excellence aspects of the organization. He brings more than 20 years of experience from
diverse industries like life sciences consulting, telecom, banking and e-commerce. His forte and interest
lie in optimizing process deliveries and resolve complex challenges in a seamless fashion. He believes in
showcasing customer success by leveraging his experience in areas of lean six sigma and project
Murali has worked in reputed organizations like Accenture, Deloitte consulting,
Apollo Health Street, ICICI bank, Monster India. He started his professional journey as a customer
representative and with time has overseen and managed various responsibilities like customer centric
teams, overseeing setting-up of systems and processes for revenue growth and optimizing of processes using
six sigma methodologies. He has rich experience in working on compliance and business continuity planning
related projects and activities.
And last but not the least, Murali is responsible for the growth and performance of
the company along with the leadership and operational teams to help in visualizing Athreva’s vision.
